Products - Using the PIN Code Feature
If your business sells downloadable
products such as software, the InternetSecure PIN Code
feature provides an excellent solution for the automated
delivery of your product.

After your
customer's payment is successfully authorized, InternetSecure
displays a PIN Code on the customer’s confirmation page
as well on the receipts that are e-mailed to both your customer
and yourself, I.e. "Your Unlock Key is: 12345".
This feature
is very simple to use. Just some of the advantages for your

Choose the PIN Codes
An inventory of PIN codes as specified by you is stored
on our Secure server and the inventory is depleted each
time a customer purchases a product license.

Random
Codes = Fraud Protection
PIN Codes are issued randomly from your list protecting
you from fraud or unauthorized downloads. The code is
displayed on the on-screen and email receipt that both
you and your customer receive.

Product
Level Control
PIN Codes are uploaded by product code, allowing you to
control the inventory and codes for each of your downloadable
products.

Simple
to Use
Enabling this feature is as simple as creating a text
file containing a list of PIN Codes, then loading it within
the InternetSecure Merchant's Area. As your sales require
it, you simply upload a new batch of codes. Uploading
additional PIN code files will not overwrite the remaining
pins, but add to the list.
